4. Ordering Policy

Minimum Order:

Forever Standing follows industry standards regarding minimum order requirements, which is 1, 000 pieces per color. The only exception is an order of 2 -3 different items with the SAME color totaling 1, 000 pieces in number. Most agree that for a project to be economical feasible, bearing in mind freight cost, purchase orders should total at least 5, 000USD (3, 900 EUR). We want your business!

Order Lead Time:

Forever Standing delivery lead-time is approximately 20-25 days following order confirmation. Lead-time fluctuates depending on quantity, style of products and packing requirements. Our monthly output is 25, 000 units for products we have produced before, for new products, i. e. Made to order, this process is slightly longer taking into consideration sourcing of new materials, insignia and label designs and so forth. Sales Confirmation:

Forever Standing will e-mail and fax Sale Confirmation documents within 24 hours of receiving the Purchase Order. We will also fax and e-mail a PRO-Forma Invoice, therein includes the anticipated delivery date, payments terms, material specifications, packing details, quality reference, product model numbers, order quantity and contract value.
